About Wrestl

Wrestl is an independent companion for pro-wrestling fans. It pulls the day's headlines from across the wrestling press into one place, and surrounds them with original tools that help you follow the sport — on the web at wrestl.app and in the Wrestl Android app, which share the same data.

What you'll find here

  • Headlines — the latest stories gathered from wrestling news outlets, newest first, filterable by source and promotion.
  • Ratings — rate the shows and PPVs you watched out of five stars and see how the community scored them.
  • Events — upcoming PPVs and major shows with match cards and where to watch, plus a week-ahead TV schedule.
  • Champions & title histories — every current champion across the major promotions, and the full record behind each title: most reigns, longest reign, inaugural champion and more.
  • Inactive Wrestlers — who's currently out injured or on leave, and why.
  • Listen — episodes from the major wrestling podcasts, playable in the browser.
  • Beginner's Guide & Glossary — a plain-English introduction to how wrestling works, and the jargon fans use.

How the news works

Wrestl doesn't republish articles. Headlines are gathered from publishers' public RSS feeds, and every story links straight to the original site — the credit and the traffic go to the outlet that reported it. Wrestl's own contribution is bringing everything together, adding context, and building the ratings, schedules, champions and reference content around it.

Where the data comes from

News headlines and podcasts come from public RSS feeds; event schedules, match cards, champions and personnel lists are drawn from Wikipedia and other public wrestling references. Show ratings are contributed by Wrestl users. Data is refreshed regularly but can lag the source; where accuracy matters, treat the linked original as the final word.

Independence

Wrestl is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WWE, AEW, NJPW, TNA, ROH or any other promotion. All promotion names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
